PATH Train Problems Delay Commuters

The NJ Transit is facing some difficulties this morning as “a downed overhead wire” west of Newark Penn station which is causing “big commuter headaches” according to wcbstv.com.

Dan Stessel, the New Jersey Transit spokesman warns commuters on the North Jersey Coastline, Northeast Corridor and Raritan Valley lines will be delayed by an hour or more.

Amtrak crews are currently working to fix the wire, but until the problem is fixed, commuters are strongly urged to find other transportation.

Another problem on the PATH train is delaying transportation from Hoboken to the World Trade Center and 33rd Street Station in Manhattan.
