Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company Names Greg Archer and Keith Moore as Directors

 

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TPAC) has named Greg Archer, an aerospace veteran from Northrop Grumman, to serve as a Director. The company has also appointed Keith Moore to its Board of Directors and Chair its Audit Committee.

Mr. Archer brings to the Board over 24 years of working in the aerospace industry as an executive for Northrop Grumman Corp. He served as Director of procurement and global supply chain for the Aerospace Systems sector of Northrop Grumman from December 2002 through March 2010.

 

Mr. Moore has worked throughout his entire career founding, developing and financing technology and service companies. Throughout his career he has served in several executive capacities for micro-cap to Russell 1000 companies. He raised over $100 million for these companies and has grown collective revenues of over $600 million.

 

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company plans to use its proprietary aerospace bearing technologies to manufacture and sell component parts for both new commercial aircraft and spares for the existing commercial fleet, initially through a joint venture in China.
