Heading into Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary Democratic presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are locked in a dead heat as each received 33 percent support from likely Democratic primary voters.
The CNN/WMUR poll noted that Obama had gained three points since the Illinois senator won the Iowa caucuses last week while the New York senator has dropped a point in the polls following her disappointing third place finish in Iowa.
Benefiting from the Iowa caucuses as well was John Edwards who has grabbed another 3 percent of support in New Hampshire and was holding strong at 20 percent heading into Tuesday’s primary.
