John McCain Looking Strong in New Hampshire, Opens Big Lead in FOX News Poll

In less than a month Republican presidential hopeful John McCain has seen his stock rise dramatically in the Granite State as he has turned a 13-point deficit into a 7-point advantage in a FOX News poll of likely Republican voters in New Hampshire.

McCain has overtaken former leader Mitt Romney who has seen his one-time big lead evaporate and he now heads into Tuesday’s primary with a lot of ground to make up.

While McCain looks solid at 34 percent compared to Romney’s 27 percent, Iowa winner Mike Huckabee has also enjoyed a push in New Hampshire and is now sitting at third, just in front of Rudy Giuliani.
