John Edwards Struggles To Gain Voter Favor And Is Cast In The Shadows Of His Rivals

The only candidate who has seemed to remain in a constant poll position is John Edwards. Though he carries loyal voters and shows a desire for positive change in America, Edwards remains in a constant third place. Over shadowed by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, Edwards can’t seem to get a breaking lead. Current polls on usaelectionpolls.com show John Edwards at 20% while Clinton is at 33% tying with Barack Obama at 33%.

The polls remain to show Edwards in a steady third as seen by polls from CNN, ARG and usaelectionpolls.com. Recently Edwards spoke about the Pakistan president as being an unstable leader and the possibilities were discussed about candidate stands on a war with Pakistan. Edwards was quick to state that he would pull out troops from Iraq within the first year. Heavy debates on terrorism, al Qaeda and future wars have caused a great deal of strife for many of our presidential candidates this election.

As Edwards is one of the more peaceful candidates who is more focused on the American people over Global war efforts, perhaps this is where the percentages fail to rise. Possibly the American people have become so desensitized to our own needs for resolution within our own borders that we are unable to focus on the picture as a whole that our candidates such as Edwards wish to provide for us. Only the percentages would tell if Edwards focused his efforts on possible plans to bomb the remaining countries of the world he would rise to the top of the presidential food chain. The road to the White House is bumpy and unpleasant and only time will tell if Edwards will ever pull into another position this presidential election.
