Jack McClellan Web site Features “How To” for Pedophiles

Jack McCellan, a self proclaimed pedophile, has created a Web site that features a “how to” for pedophiles. His site, “seattle-tacoma-everettgirllove,” provides information about places to watch little girls and how to avoid getting caught by police.

He names several elementary schools, parks, libraries and swimming pools where pedophiles can go and watch young girls. The 45-year-old says he is most attracted to girls between 3 and 11. “I guess the main thing is I just think they’re cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there,” he explains.

McClellan says the purpose of his site is to give pedophiles a place to open up. He says he wants them to “come out of the closet.” McClellan, who lives in Washington, says he wants to promote legal and consensual cuddling between men and girls they are attracted to.  He insists that he is teaching pedophiles it OK to look, but not to touch. He has never been convicted of a sex crime.

“I know it sounds kind of crazy, but there’s kind of a code of ethics that these pedophiles have developed and what it is…the contact has to be completely consensual, no coercion, it you’re going to do it,” he said.

Police say they can do nothing about the site as it is not illegal. “As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there’s no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity,” said a Snohomish County sheriff. Police say they watch McClellan’s every move.

His site has reportedly been taken down by his Internet service provider.
