Soulja Boy became the first artist to pass the three million mark for a digital song Thursday with his hit "Crank That (Soulja Boy)".
After selling 123,000 downloads this past week, the Grammy-nominated rap song has sold 3.032 million digital tracks to date, accoding to Nielsen SoundScan.
Fans have viewed the video on YouTube 22 million times and have purchased 3 million ringtones.
The song comes from his 2007 debut album, Souljaboytellem.com, which has sold 658,000 copies.
The song has spawned a bevy of "Crank Dat" songs and dances, such as "Crank Dat Batman" and "Crank Dat Spider Man".
