The company announced that it has priced its public offering of 15.0 million shares of its common stock at an offering price of $12.40 per share, raising $186.0 million of gross proceeds. RF Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:RFMD) is up 8.74% to $5.97. The company on Tuesday reported a profit for the fourth quarter over a net loss last year, helped by higher margins, and strong revenue growth. The company posted net income of $26.7 million or $0.10 per share for the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of $58.7 million or $0.22 per share in the prior year quarter.
