UGI Corporation (NYSE:UGI) Declares Dividend Increase

UGI Corporation (NYSE:UGI) has announced the authorization of a quarterly dividend increase by 25%.  The dividend was increased to $0.25 per common share.  This represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.00 per share.  The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2010 to shareholders of record.  The record date for the dividend is June 15, 2010.  This quarter’s dividend marks the company’s 23rd consecutive annual increase.  It is also the 126th consecutive annual dividend paid.

UGI Corporation (UGI) is a holding company that distributes and markets energy products and related services through subsidiaries and a joint venture.
