TV B Gone Used To Prank Consumer Electronics Show

TV B Gone proved to be a real pain for exhibitors at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week.

TV B Gone is a nifty little gizmo that lets it’s user turn off TV sets without being noticed.

The staff of Gizmodo.com decided to use the TV B Gone kit to prank the exhibitors by turning off their flat panel screens.  They especially enjoyed turning off the screens during presentations resulting in confused technicians scrambling to the stage.

Gizmodo recorded the pranks and posted the video, Gizmodo CES 2008, onto their online blog.
