Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) lost 13.29% to $7.24 on 8.63 million shares. The company said Thursday that it swung to a first-quarter profit from continuing operations of $119 million, or 40 cents a share, from a loss of $360 million, or $1.34, a year earlier. Sales rose 31% to $1.93 billion from $1.48 billion.

Harman International Industries Inc./DE/ (NYSE:HAR) falls 21.01% to $40.54 on 2.60 million shares. The company announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Eletrônica Selenium S/A of Nova Santa Rita, Brazil, a provider of professional and consumer audio solutions. The deal is subject to final documentation and is expected to close within four to six weeks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IMAX Corporation (USA) (NASDAQ:IMAX) decreased 3.60% to $19.57 on 2.40 million shares. The company reported record revenues, earnings and EBITDA for any quarter in its 43-year history. First Quarter 2010 total revenues increased 120% to $72.8 million vs. $33.1 million in First Quarter 2009.
