Narconon Program In Michigan Awarded

This past weekend Narconon Freedom Center won an award for expansion of their drug rehabilitation center in Albion, Michigan. The center has had successful growth this year and continues to grow in the state of Michigan.

Narconon is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to eliminate drug abuse and drug addiction through drug prevention, education and rehabilitation.  Their more than 150 drug rehabilitation and education groups and centers are composed of well meaning individuals who oftentimes start a Narconon center in their own area as they themselves or someone they love has been salvaged from drug abuse through the Narconon program. Seeing the results in their own lives they wish to help others.

Each year the Narconon centers compete against each other in a friendly but spirited game to help as many people as possible in overcoming drug addiction.  Each center is kept track of throughout the year with various statistics or benchmarks of expansion and earns points in their game. The center with the most points at the end of the year wins the game.

This was especially remarkable for Narconon Freedom Center in Michigan as in just a few months they expanded at rapid speeds delivering effective drug treatment to more than 100 people admitted to their center.  How were they able to advance in the ranks so quickly?  This had a lot to do with the hard work and dedication of the staff at the center as well as the executives and board members of the facility.

Their other key to expansion was delivering a drug treatment program with uncommon results as more than 70% of Narconon Freedom Center graduates go on to live drug free lives permanently after completion of the program. The Narconon program has been delivering these results for more than 44 years.

The real goal of the expansion game of Narconon is the elimination of drug abuse worldwide.  The result is Narconon centers such as Narconon Freedom Center that exhibit increased production in terms of successful graduates living drug free lives and being productive members of their communities.
