School Void Being Filled By Summer Enrichment Programs

Parents are turning to summer enrichment programs with increased regularity to compensate for the skills their kids are not getting in school. With the pressure to get better grades and to improve communication and leadership skills, in order to get into the best colleges, students need more than what most schools are able to provide, given budget cuts, larger classrooms and unmotivated teachers.

Parents of high school students are looking at college prep camps, such as SuperCamp, to bring their kids up to a college-bound level in their learning and life skills. Unlike other summer enrichment camps, SuperCamp gives students valuable learning skills that can be used in all subject areas and life skills that help them in and out of school.

One parent of a former SuperCamp attendee has this to say, "I am a huge fan of SuperCamp. My son Mark went for 4 years. It had a huge impact on his life. He struggled through middle school even though he is quite bright. SuperCamp helped him understand himself as a learner. It also helped him see himself as successful and a leader. He just finished his first year of college and had his best grades ever."

In this economy, parents are looking at summer camps that provide some lasting value. Academic summer camps such as SuperCamp are an investment in a student's future, helping them succeed in middle school and high school and setting them up for success in college and a career.

More information on SuperCamp's teen summer programs and all of its academic skills camps can be found at the website or by calling 800-285-3276.
