Staples Names Lisa Scopa as VP, Treasurer

Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLS) has appointed Lisa Scopa to the position of VP, Treasurer. Scopa, the former Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis will report directly to John Mahoney, the company’s Vice Chairman and CFO. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a BS in Economics. Scopa also obtained an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
