China Man Stabs 28 Children in Kindergarten Class

A China man is in police custody after stabbing at least 28 children at a kindergarten in Taixing city, which is in the Jiangsu province, on Thursday morning.

The majority of the victims are 4-year-olds. Three of them are in critical condition. The suspect has not been identified.
