Virtual Workshop on Intuition – the “Inner Tutor”

Finding Your Inner Tutor

Los Angeles, California: YogaHub is pleased to announce an upcoming workshop of six sessions on ‘Intuition, the Inner Tutor’, scheduled to take place every Monday and Thursday from May 3rd to 20th, 2010.

This fascinating series of workshops on Intuition – often referred to as our “sixth sense” – will be presented by Anatara Buckley, who holds an Honour BA in Psychology and Medical Anthropology. Anatara is a Certified Awareness Practitioner of the Clarity Institute and a Yoga Instructor, as well as a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, Caregiver, Guide for the Dying, and Communicator to the Angelic Realms.

Anatara describes intuition as “that incredibly wonderful and helpful sixth sense that flows from within us. It sometimes warns us of danger, sometimes whispers to us how we may make a harmonious choice, sometimes gives us guidance that we never knew we could access, and frequently surprises us with its accuracy and truth”.

Anatara’s course will be geared towards “guiding individuals to a clearer understanding on how to acknowledge their intuition and use it to support themselves in their day-to-day lives”.

During her six-part workshop, Anatara will:

  • Engage with participants in weekly 70-90-minute telephone classes every Monday and Thursday at 5:30 pm (PST);
  • Explain what Intuition is and discuss the purpose of this vital form of communication in our lives;
  • Take participants through verbal and written exercises that will enable them to discover, sharpen, utilize, and harness their intuitive nature; and
  • Demonstrate breathing techniques that can help clear pain, resistance, fear, and all other forms of mental and physical distraction.

As Anatara takes participants through this series of sessions, she will encourage individuals to share their thoughts and ask questions during classes. In addition, Anatara will provide guidelines to participants to enable them to practice on their own in between classes.
