Already, rationalizeers are coming out of the woodwork.
They say Dante, the originator of the first article about M. I. T. and the DOE, that was written on January 11, is angry!
They say he is ranting.
They think he is raving on.
The say Dante completely missed the point!
THEY ARE TOTALLY MISINFORMED, and ignorant of the true facts.
AT BEST, or just puppets of M. I. T. and/or the Government.
ALLOW ME, DANTE A. DONATELLI JR. TO EXPLAIN.
THIS IS A FREE EDUCATION FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN THESE NEWS RELEASES.
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, WOULD GIVE SECRETS TO WHAT M. I. T. and the DOE ARE ASKING FOR, SALVATION FOR THE WORLDS ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS, WORTH HUNDREDS of BILLIONS, for a $200,000.00 GRANT?
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, WOULD SHOW SECRETS THAT
WHO WOULD SHOW SECRETS WORTH TRILLIONS TO THOSE WHO SHOULD BE SOLVING THE WORLD’S PROBLEMS,…SCIENCE and the GOVERNMENT?
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, WOULD GIVE HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS IN SECRETS, TO THOSE WHO ARE PhD’s AND CAN DISCOVER THEIR OWN SOLUTIONS? After all, these are supposed to be super intelligent, aren’t they?
AND, FAR AS HONESTY OF THOSE WHO WANT TO SEE THEM, JUDGE THEM, AND.OR ISSUE THE GRANT FOR THEM, ARE CONCERNED:
DOES ANYONE REALLY KNOW, if you put 15 people in a room, statistically speaking, 1/3 are TOTALLY HONEST, 1/3 are TOTALLY DISHONEST, and 1/3 are honest, until something comes along to turn them dishonest!
NOW, THIS SAID, DOES ANYONE REALLY BELIEVE THAT WHEN ONE SHOWS HIS or HER INVENTION, THAT AT LEAST 50 PEOPLE WILL NOT SEE IT.
AND, IF 50 PEOPLE SEE IT, HOW MANY DO YOU THINK, STATISTICALLY, ARE DISHONEST? SOME WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS? SOME WHO WOULD SELL THEIR GRANDMOTHER, FOR A DIME OR SO?
YOU GOT IT, SOME 16 OF THEM.
NOW, DOES ONE UNDERSTAND THESE RANTING AND RAVINGS?
Point is, Dante has been there and done that.
Dante IS angry at the system.
Dante owns a trillion dollar solution to their problems.
Dante is 72 years old, and has dealt with the Government THREE TIMES, and THREE TIMES they sent in stupid people that ONLY wanted to see secrets, WITH NO AGREEMENTS WOULD THEY SIGN! He’s also dealt with University people, physics professors, working physicists, science in general, Doctors, lawyers, and in one case, an Indian affairs person. He also has dealt with charlatan business people. MANY TIMES.

And, AS FAR AS PATENTS ARE CONCERNED, THIS IS ANOTHER FALSE HOPE for the Inventor.
First, our patent laws are being watered down, to reach the low security of foreign nations. The
One new patent law, passed or about to be passed, ANYONE CAN FILE FOR A PATENT. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THE INVENTOR.
IN OTHER WORDS, ANYONE WHO SEES SOMETHING, FIRST, CAN FILE FIRST FOR THE PATENT, AND OWN IT. In this scenario, the inventor is simply screwed! It used to be, ONLY the Inventor could file a Patent. NOT ANYMORE!
Then, the one change that is popular in
The application is released TO THE PUBLIC, within two years of the submission date.
DOES ONE UNDERSTAND THIS ONE? The application ALWAYS WAS A SECURE INSTRUMENT. NO ONE, except the Department of Energy and the Defense Department, (if dealing with energy, fuels etc.,) EVER SAW A PATENT APPLICATION, UNTIL THE PATENT WAS ISSUED!
In other words, even if it takes five years to get a Patent, if the Inventor is lucky enough to afford the application, etc., THE ENTIRE WORLD KNOWS OF IT, and many, many countries, who steal secrets, WILL STEAL THE INVENTORS INVENTION. PERIOD!
Those who think this is a rant and rave, DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE WORLD WORKS.
They, as well, NEVER INVENTED ANYTHING VALUABLE!
Patents are simply a way to get NEW TECHNOLOGY INTO THE WORLD MARKETPLACE, and the poor inventor, SUCKS!
