New Hire at Oceanview Publishing

Oceanview Publishing is pleased to announce that Gayle Treadwell will join them immediately in a newly-created position as Director of Sales. 

A key member of Oceanview’s management team, Treadwell will be responsible for Oceanview’s nationwide sales to independent booksellers, including author tours and events. She will oversee the distribution network handling national accounts and wholesalers, manage distribution and inventory, and support the work of subrights agents for Oceanview titles.

Based in Massachusetts, Treadwell has over 30 years experience in book publishing. During her 18 years with Harvard University Press, Treadwell was responsible for marketing the best selling works of such authors as Eudora Welty, Jane Goodall, E.O. Wilson, and Octavio Paz. Prior to joining Oceanview, Treadwell served as Director of Marketing and Associate Publisher at Harvard Business School Press.
