Stephenville UFO Sightings Give Small Texas Town Something to Talk About

Stephenville, Texas has become a hot bed for UFO trackers and Extra Terrestrial seekers after several residents have reported seeing things in the sky that appear to be otherworldly.

The Texas UFO sightings have been quickly dismissed by federal officials who have insisted the objects and lights being seen have been related to local planes and the reflection of lights. Residents who have seen the UFOs aren’t convinced. A pilot from the area who witnessed, what he called, a mile long and a ½ mile wide object said “It was positively, absolutely nothing from these parts.”

Several residents of Stephenville have admitted to seeing a bright object in the sky but haven’t gone as far as to call it a UFO. Erath County Constable Lee Roy Gaitan, erring on the side of caution, noted “I didn’t see a flying saucer and I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t an airplane, and I’ve never seen anything like it, I think it must be some kind of military craft — at least I hope it was.”
