Parisotto will be responsible for leading the company’s legal department which includes corporate governances, securities, labor, litigation, franchising and contracts. He was admitted to the Bar in New York and Washington, DC. He also graduated from Syracuse University College where he received his law degree. He also obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo.
