Bank of America Appoints Charles O. Holliday, Jr. as Chairman of the Board

 

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) has appointed Charles O. Holliday, Jr. as Chairman of the Board. He will succeed Dr. Walter E. Massey as the company’s Chairman. Holliday has served as a Director on their Board since September 2009.

He served as CEO of DuPont from 1998 through 2008. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. He also obtained honorary doctorates from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn and Washington College in Chestertown.
