Jared Adams Facing Life in Prison After Young Boy Left Paralyzed from Stray Bullet

Jared Adams is facing life in prison after being charged with a shooting that left a 10-year-old Oakland, California boy paralyzed.

 

Adams was involved in a robbery at a gas station and allegedly fired several shots, one going through the wall of a nearby music school and hitting Christopher Rodriguez.

 

Police were involved in a vehicular pursuit of Adams who eventually struck another car and a parked vehicle before being arrested. He is now facing attempted murder charges along with robbery, evading police and possession of a firearm as a felon.

 

If convicted of the charges Adams could be sentenced to life in prison.
