Hyperthymesia Makes Brad Williams Remember Everything
Brad Williams has hyperthymesia.
51 year old Brad Williams for Wisconsin appeared today on Good Morning America to talk about his rare condition.
On the show Williams says, “I was sort of a human Google for my family. I’ve always been able to recall things.”
At first, Williams didn’t think much of his ability to remember everything, but he realized he was different after reading an article in 2006 about AJ, an anonymous woman who exhibited a superior memory.
Williams is now being studied by the same doctors who studied AJ in the hopes of finding out how the condition works.
