Jessica Duran Sues County for Distribution of Nude Photos

Jessica Duran has accused Mesa County jail officials of distributing nude photos she sent to her husband when he was incarcerated. The Colorado woman filed the claim against the county Tuesday saying her privacy and civil rights had been violated.

Duran is seeking at least $100,000 in damages. County officials say jailers must open inmate’s mail to prevent contraband from getting in.
