John McCain Rises To The Top With A Win In New Hampshire

Arizona Senator John McCain surprised many with his victory in the New Hampshire debate. Several news personnel are now referring to this event as being similar to the biblical story of Lazarus who was deceased and brought back to life. McCain was low ranking in the election polls with no sign of success until his current win.

This raises many eyebrows as to the thought of a win for McCain in other key debate states. Currently polls from usaelectionpolls.com have McCain at a 29%, Huckabee at 18% and Romney at a 20%. Romney was having several conflicts with Huckabee but with McCain’s rise in the polls, Romney is now butting heads with Senator McCain. During the New Hampshire debate Mitt Romney and Senator John McCain were in a heated debate over their stands on terrorist attacks and their domestic policy.

Giuliani is banking on winning big states but recent polls even have McCain atop the race in the 2008 California Primary.

The mood didn’t change though the question focused on the principles that each candidate builds their campaign upon. McCain focused on his plans to build national security, while Romney preferred to claim that he wants to strengthen America as a whole. The hopes are high for a victory in South Carolina as the candidates move on to their next target. Only time will tell if McCain will pull out another win and if this will once again turn up Romney’s victory heat.
