Scott Marino, the bodyguard of Jennifer Aniston, was said to have blurted a racial slur while they were in Canada.
The incident allegedly occured during a scuffle with Marino and a photographer's girlfriend, who he allegedly called a "chink".
According to TMZ, Aniston's rep said Marino nor Aniston were present during the scuffle. Apparently, there was another security person on set who got into a scuffle with photographer Rik Fedyck. However, it was not Marino, and there was no racial slur hurled. The photographer was also trespassing on the set.
Aniston is filming "Traveling" in Vancouver with Aaron Eckhart. The photographer filed a complaint with the police, but no action has been taken thus far.
Aniston has been in the tabloids lately for dating "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly and for reports that she and former beau Vince Vaughn still talk consistently.
