Seth Tobias May Have Been Murdered
According to Ash, the couple had “an under-standing in which they could see other people on the side, so long as Filomena didn’t embarrass him in public.” Filomena started to see Doug Caporrino, a fitness guru months before Tobias’ death.
Ash claims that Seth, the CNBC commentator, threatened to divorce his wife.
In February 2006, Tobias confronted his wife when he caught her at a Palm Beach restaurant with another man. Local TV station WPBF reported that “Filomena and Seth were screaming obscenities at each other.” Filomena was arrested after she slapped Seth. She retaliated by claiming Set used cocaine and beat her regularly.
Filomena began seeing Caporrino shortly after the incident. Caporrino had a celebrity clientele that included Sylvester Stallone, John Travolta and Eddie Murphy. He also made an appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly.
Filomena and Caporrino have been very close sine Seth’s death. They spent the holidays together in Aspen.
The Palm Beach County judge has delayed the trial for Seth’s fortune as evidence is still being collected.
Seth’s brothers also believe that Filomena was behind Seth’s death.
