Solyndra, Inc. has entered into a Solyndra Gold Level Solutions Provider agreement with Enfinity. Enfinity is engaged in the provision of financing and development for renewable energy systems. Enfinity was chosen for the agreement based on its customer service with a 340 kW project that was completed in Belgium last year. Enfinity was also impressed with the ease at which Solyndra’s panels and lightweight, non-penetrating mounting system was installed. More information about the agreement can be found at http://www.enfinity.biz/.

Solar panel manufacturer Solyndra takes a 360-degree approach to its solar modules. The company manufactures photovoltaic solar panels made of tube-shaped modules, rather than the traditional flat modules. Solyndra's thin-film solar panels, which are designed for commercial rooftop mounting, are distributed mainly in North American and European commercial markets. Solyndra's customers include solar system integrators and roofing materials manufacturers, such as Phoenix Solar, Solar Power Inc., among others. It was founded in 2005 by CEO Chris Gronet. Solyndra is privately owned by various venture capital and private equity firms. In December 2009 Solyndra filed for a $300 million initial public offering (IPO).
