Abhijit Mahato Shot Dead in North Carolina

Abhijit Mahato was a 29 year old grad student at Duke University.  He was shot dead in an apartment complex in North Carolina Saturday afternoon.

Mahato was in his second year at Duke’s Pratt School, studying for an engineering doctorate degree.
