Crossroads Christian School Opens Silent Auction To Online Bidding
Crossroads Christian School is changing up a little by opening up their fund raising event to online bidding. By opening up the silent auction to an online format, the opportunity for those who cannot physically visit the school events can still be involved.
There are two ways to support the the fund raising event this year, either by donating items to the auction and or by bidding on the items listed on the auction.
Those donating items for auction are asked to register and list items before May 7th. Any Web Based business donating should be sure to list their website for recognition. All donated items sold at auction will be acknowledged by way of “Thank You” from the charity auction and a link directly to the donors website.
Those able to attend in person the Spring Musicals there will be an opportunity to bid live during those events. For those unable to attend we are opening our auction to on-line bidding, as well as your two live opportunities during the Spring Musicals. In order for this new process to run smoothly, Crossroads Christian School asks participants to register in advance for bidding privileges.
It's easy and fast. Please follow the link below, click "Register" in the top menu, accept the terms and follow through with the registration process. You will be sent a confirmation email when you are done, and you just need to click on that confirmation link to complete and confirm your registration. Auction Donation deadline is Friday, May 7th, but due to having to photograph and load all the items, that is the ABSOLUTE LAST DAY we can accept donations. THANKS!
For those wanting to bid it is strongly suggested register for bidding before Monday, May 10th. However, registrations to bid can be accepted all the way up until the auction closes.
