Del Mar, CA – United States Oil & Gas Corp (Pinksheets:USOG ), the growing oil and gas products, services and technology company is looking for a big push this year, after two successful acquisitions in the last year and recently filing its registration statement on Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in order to register its common stock pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
