From May 3rd to 20th, YogaHub, in collaboration with Anatara Buckley, a Certified Awareness Practitioner of the Clarity Institute and Yoga Instructor, will present a workshop series of six classes on “Intuition, the Inner Tutor”.
This intriguing six-part workshop, which will take place every Monday and Thursday, will explore the philosophy of Intuition and guide individuals on how to acknowledge and use it in their daily lives.
Albert Einstein once said that we humans use only 10% of our brain power. That leaves a massive 90% for us to explore further. While most of us take for granted our five senses – sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste – we often do not open ourselves up to the possibility of utilizing our “sixth sense” – Intuition.
For individuals who are skeptical about the existence of Intuition, Anatara points out that Carl Jung, the famous Swiss psychiatrist and founder of analytical (aka “Jungian”) psychology, considered Intuition to be a “perception via the unconscious”.
Anatara’s six-part course will focus on the specific elements of Intuition as she guides participants each week to engage in exercises that will generate a dialogue with intuitive communication.
In week one, Anatara will focus on the unique concept of what Intuition is, explain what the “Inner Tutor” is, and demonstrate how we can use our Intuition.
In week two, Anatara will guide participants in developing their ability to use their Intuition. Through verbal and written exercises, she will show individuals how to recognize, listen to, and trust their Intuition.
Week three will focus on the language of Intuitive communication, and week four will explore how belief patterns can enhance or detract from Intuitive communication.
In week five, Anatara will explore the value of and relationship between the mind and Intuition. In week six, Anatara will guide participants to embrace their Intuition so that they will be able to use their Intuitive communication to make decisions and take action that will create a new order of priority in their lives.
