Heather Hull was fired from her job as a Pennsylvania prison guard last year after she appeared in an issue of Playboy wearing a skimpy fake guard outfit. The 29-year-old was fired for her “lack of moral judgment.”
A corrections officer union requested that Hull be reinstated. Arbitrator Charles Long awarded Hull her job back after he determined the use of the fake guard outfit did not damage Berks County’s reputation.
Hull confirmed that she returned to work on Saturday night but was not pleased that she was not given back pay.
