Stacy and Michael Spickes, Founders of America’s Home Rescue and the creators of the CDRS certification for real estate professionals will be hosting this educational forum to provide advanced strategies to their students so they are unique leaders in their markets. “It’s important that Realtors® know the fundamentals of how to handle a short sale transaction,” says Stacy Spickes, “and it’s also important for them to have the coaching and tools to know how to get the word out in their local market place.
