Tricia Andreassen To Share Short Sale Marketing Strategies As Guest Speaker & Trainer for America’s Home Rescue (CDRS)

A "Don't Miss" Workshop for Creating a Short Sale Marketing Strategy

Pro Step Marketing CEO/Founder and nationally recognized speaker/trainer, Tricia Andreassen will be sharing how to organize a short sale marketing plan and implement it in a step-by-step fashion. Her session, hosted by America’s Home Rescue which provides advanced level short sale training and the CDRS designation for Realtors® across the United States, will cover how to use multiple marketing strategies to reach homeowners in need. It will focus on how to create a plan that includes where to prospect, how to create a niched web strategy to reach distressed homeowners online and as use additional marketing strategies such as social media and traditional marketing. The Short Sale Marketing Webinar titled “Creating and Implementing a Short Sale Marketing Strategy” will be on Thursday, May 13 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. EDT. This live web conference will also feature a panel of top real estate agents who are actively working a marketing plan and using different marketing strategies to build their business in the short sale target. Stacy and Michael Spickes, Founders of America’s Home Rescue and the creators of the CDRS certification for real estate professionals will be hosting this educational forum to provide advanced strategies to their students so they are unique leaders in their markets. “It’s important that Realtors® know the fundamentals of how to handle a short sale transaction,” says Stacy Spickes, “and it’s also important for them to have the coaching and tools to know how to get the word out in their local market place. When they have a marketing plan and a system to work from this allows them to reach more homeowners in need.” Joining Andreassen for the Webinar will be top real estate professionals who are actively working in the short sale market in conjunction with doing residential real estate.

 

During the Webinar, Andreassen will also discuss her company’s short sale marketing system which provides the plan and the tools for agents to generate quality leads in their market. Andreassen said earning a Short Sale Certification like the CDRS designation is an important foundation and then there must be a marketing strategy to effectively get the word out to distressed sellers. The Webinar will address why being certified also ties in with one’s marketing plan and overall strategy to assist today’s homeowners.
