IAMGOLD Corporation (USA) (NYSE:IAG) falls 1.41% to $17.52 on 2.37 million shares. The company reported that its first-quarter net earnings were US$58.8 million or US$0.16 per share, compared to US$52.5 million or US$0.17 per share in the first quarter of 2009. Adjusted net earnings rose to US$51.3 million or US$0.14 per share from adjusted net earnings of US$31.5 million or US$0.10 per share in the year ago quarter.

Kinross Gold Corporation (USA) (NYSE:KGC) drops 1.80% to $17.42 on high volume.
