SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) decreases 6.34% to $6.35 on 12.63 million shares. The company posted a lower-than-expected first-quarter profit, hurt by lower production, and cut its full-year production and spending view. For the latest first quarter, the company's net income was $18.6 million, or 9 cents a share, compared with a loss of $1.2 billion, or $7.07 per share, a year earlier. Adjusted profit was a cent a share.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ:CLNE) falls 8.11% to $14.85 on high volume. The company reported that its first-quarter net loss to company widened to $24.37 million from $6.49 million last year. Loss per share to company was $0.41 compared to a loss of $0.13 per share prior year.
