Velvet Revolver to Play House of Blues in Dallas, TX on Jan. 30

Grammy Award winning rock group Velvet Revolver will be hitting the stage at the House of Blues in Dallas, TX on Jan. 30. The band kicked off their tour on Jan. 24 with a show at the Riviera in Chicago and followed that with a stop in Milwaukee. On Jan. 28 Velvet Revolver will be playing in West Des Moines, IA at the Val Air Ballroom.

Velvet Revolver has released two studio albums, their first, Contraband, debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts in 2005, selling more than 250,000 copies its first week. VR’s sophomore album, Libertad, debuted at #5 in 2007.

Members of Velvet Revolver include former Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum, and Wasted Youth guitarist Dave Kushner

Velvet Revolver will follow their show in Dallas with a stop in Austin and then shows in Arizona, Nevada and California before heading to Australia.
