Alsbridge Turns Innovation Inward

Alsbridge Professional Wellness Program Creates Incentive for Employees

Award winning advisory firm Alsbridge, Inc. announced today the creation of an innovative approach to focus on employee health and wellness.  The Professional Wellness and Welfare Program (PW2) provides a monthly award to employees for professional training and health/wellness.  “We looked at many packaged programs which are all good, but chose to give the power to our valuable team members to select the best fit for them.  The program as developed now provides up to $500 each month to support employee designed and management approved programs with the balanced objective of individual professional growth and wellness,” said CEO, Ben Trowbridge.

The program may be used for two functions.  First, professional services geared toward an individual’s professional development needs, including specialized training programs to advance them in their career. Additionally, it may be used for overall health and wellness programs such as an individual gym membership, yoga classes or acupuncture.  “We wanted to encourage our employees to take care of and add more value to themselves, their family and our clients,” says Trowbridge.

Employee reaction to the program has been overwhelming.  “I love the program because it gives me the flexibility of when and what I can do with it,” says Alsbridge Managing Consultant, Mark Ruckman.
