NHL Playoffs Schedule Sunday May 9: Chicago Blackhawks Look to Punch Ticket to Western Conference Finals in Game 5 with Vancouver Canucks

After dropping their first game in the series the Chicago Blackhawks have rattled off three straight wins and are within one more victory of heading to the Western Conference Finals. They’ll look to do that on Sunday as they host the Vancouver Canucks in Game 5 of their best-of-seven series.

The Blackhawks dropped their first game in the series, getting pounded 5-1 on their own ice but bounced back to take Game 2 to even the series and then just dominated on the road, scoring 12 goals in Vancouver to move in front 3-1 in the series.

With the San Jose Sharks already earning their ticket to the Western Conference Finals the Blackhawks would love to take care of business on Sunday and have a chance to rest but the Canucks have proven already that they can score and Chicago will have to be prepared for a team that would just roll over.
