NBA Playoffs Schedule Tuesday May 11: LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers Host Rajon Rondo and Boston Celtics in Pivotal Game 5 Showdown

While much was made about LeBron James prior to the NBA playoff series between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics the real story has been Rajon Rondo and on Tuesday night the two stars will be squaring off in Game 5 of their best-of-seven series, a series that is currently knotted at 2-2.

Cleveland jumped to a 1-0 lead with a 101-93 victory as LeBron James led the Cavs with 35 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists but the Celtics bounced back in Game 2 with a 104-86 pounding with Ray Allen leading the way with 22 points.

While it looked like the Celtics had the momentum heading into Game 3 it was the Cavaliers who grabbed the win as LeBron led the way again with 38 points, 7 assist and 8 rebounds. As impressive as LeBron’s performance was in Game 3 Rajon Rondo surpassed that effort in Game 4 as the Celtics guard poured in 29 points, dished out 13 assists and grabbed 18 rebounds to even the series at 2-2.

Now with the series back in Cleveland the winner of Game 5 will be just one win away from punching their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals where they will met the Orlando Magic, a team that hasn’t lost yet in the playoffs.
