Beau Biden Hospitalized in Delaware

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, the son of Vice President Joe Biden, is hospitalized in Delaware. The vice president’s office announced Tuesday that Biden, 41, is undergoing treatment at the Christiana Medical Center and is “alert, awake and communicating with his parents and his wife, who are with him.”

 No other details, including the nature of his illness, were released. Biden has served as Delaware’s attorney general since 2006.
