Narconon’s Expansion In Eastern United States Celebrated

Narconon centers in eastern United States awarded at annual Narconon Executive Director’s Conference.

This year marked the 44th year of saving lives for Narconon drug and alcohol rehabilitation and education programs and what better way to spend it than to get all the Narconon groups together for the annual Narconon Executive Director’s Conference. During the conference this year there were many touching stories about recovery from drug and alcohol addiction that, to many, were nothing short of miracles. Places such as Nepal, Mexico and even Northern California have seen a great success using the Narconon technology to save lives.

The Narconon technology has spread far and wide in the eastern United States. Just in the last 10 years, the area has opened six drug rehabilitation programs and has plans to open many more in the upcoming months. Narconon also operates a successful drug prevention and education center, Narconon New England, in state of Massachusetts and has delivered successful drug prevention talks to an average of one million people in the east U.S.

To celebrate this year’s expansion, the Executive Director of Narconon East U.S. was asked to accept an award on behalf of the centers to celebrate the expansion over the last year. This was presented as part of a game that all the Narconon centers and management offices play together to help each other expand and it was a great honor for East U.S. to win this year.

Narconon has been helping people since the 1960’s and operates one of the most successful drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs in the world achieving an over 70% success rate for permanent recovery from addiction. Narconon was founded an ex-heroin addict and prison inmate named William Benitez who was looking for a solution for his own drug addiction and found this through a book he found in the prison library written by American author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard, whose technology is based on the Narconon program.
