The 2010 MTV Movie Awards have opened up voting for the 2010 nominees. The charts are led by “The Hangover” the outrageous comedy starring Bradley Cooper with 6 nominations. Following right behind are “New Moon” and “Avatar” which each hold 5 nominations.
Some of the categories in which “The Hangover” was nominated in are Best Movie, Best Comedic Performance and Best Villain. “New Moons brought in nominations which include Best Movie, Best Female Performance, and Best Male Performance.
The MTV Movie Awards are being hosted by Aziz Ansari and will air live on Sunday, June 6th at 9:00pm (ET). To vote for your favorites nominees visit http://www.movieawards.mtv.com/ and place your vote. Voting will be open through Saturday, June 5, 2010, however the Best Movie category will stay open throughout the awards show on June 6th.
