Gucci Mane is once again a free man. After being released from Jail on the morning of May 12, 2010, he spoke with the press, announcing his plans for the near future. After serving less than 1 year for violating his probation, he announced that he has two albums planned for release in the next few months and a tour.
In an effort to look good in front of some white folk, Gucci Mane expressed remorse for the violation which put him back in jail.
After thanking is legal team and record label Gucci Mane hollered out to his fans, "Most importantly, I want to thank all of my fans for their support while I have been away. Your letters and your words of encouragement helped me make it through. None of my success would be possible without you. I have made some mistakes in my life that have hurt a lot of people who care about me. I have worked very hard to get past them, but those mistakes have brought me to where I am today, and they will not be repeated."
Gucci had said that he had spent his time in jail working on making himself a better person. He is currently booked to play a show in New Jersey on June 6th and Hot 107.9 Atlanta Birthday Bash on June 19th. The first show he will be playing though is the Memorial Day festivities in Miami in May 28th.
