Velvet Revolver to Play Warfield Theatre in San Francisco on Feb. 5

Grammy Award winning rock group Velvet Revolver will be hitting the stage at the legendary Warfield Theatre in San Francisco on Feb. 5. House of Blues in Dallas, TX on Jan. 30. The band kicked off their tour on Jan. 24 with a show at the Riviera in Chicago and followed that with a stop in Milwaukee. Velvet Revolver then played in West Des Moines, IA at the Val Air Ballroom before hitting Texas and will be in Scottsdale, AZ on Groundhogs Day and then Las Vegas the following night at The Joint before hitting San Fran..

Velvet Revolver has released two studio albums, their first, Contraband, debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts in 2005, selling more than 250,000 copies its first week. VR’s sophomore album, Libertad, debuted at #5 in 2007.

Members of Velvet Revolver include former Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum, and Wasted Youth guitarist Dave Kushner

Following their San Fran show Velvet Revolver will play in Los Angeles and San Diego before heading to Australia.
