Maryland Teen Charged in Shooting Deaths of Parents and Two Brothers

Police have arrested and charged Nicholas Waggoner Browning with four counts of first-degree murder following the shooting deaths of his parents and two younger brothers late Friday night.

 

The 15-year-old Browning entered his parent’s house in Cockeysville, Maryland on Friday night and used his father’s handgun to shoot John Browning, 45, and Tamara Browning, 44, and then his younger brothers Gregory, 13, and Benjamin, 11.

 

Browning had called police Saturday night and told them his family had been killed and by Sunday morning he had been charged with the murders following a confession.

 

The teenager was denied bail Sunday morning with a bail review expected on Monday.
