De Mornay, 48, the star of "Risky Business" and "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle," was also ordered to serve a three-month program and pay 350 dollars following her arrest last October.
The actress was not in court on Tuesday to hear the sentence. A second driving under the influence charge was dismissed, prosecutors said.
