One of the web’s leading online pharmacies, AccessRX.com, has recently conducted a survey amongst its many satisfied customers trying to pinpoint the top reasons why consumers order prescription medications online. As more and more people look to online pharmacies to fulfill their prescription medication needs, many consumers choose to order online, as opposed to the traditional route of making an appointment to go see their physician and picking up their medications at their local pharmacy.
The survey asked the consumer to rate the top reasons why they chose to order their drugs online through AccessRX.com, and encompassed the following answers: convenience, privacy, product, service and price. Out of 1392 answers that were submitted, convenience ranked at the top with 432 customers saying that they were most likely to order drugs online out of the sheer fact that is was much more convenient. “Instead of taking time off work and waiting at the doctor’s office, I would rather order my Viagra online with a safe and trustworthy company,” said an Accessrx.com customer.
The number two reason, with 323 responses, was privacy. Not only were the customers confident that AccessRX.com assured their privacy when placing orders online, but many consumers preferred to avoid the traditional doctor visit, which can be very embarrassing when treating certain conditions. Considering a surprising 54% of all customers polled were first-time customers and had never ordered online before, and even more surprisingly, 98% of them said that they would continue to order their prescription medications online due to the privacy, convenience, and ease of use that the AccessRX.com online platform provided for them.
The quality of the product, customer-service, and price all ranked as the final three respectively. With slightly more than 200 hundred responses in each category as the main reason they choose to order their medications online.
What else do consumers consider when ordering their medications online? Receiving their prescriptions promptly led 98% of those polled to say this was a huge incentive to ordering online. The same staggering number applied to those who were asked if the medicines they ordered worked properly to treat their condition. It was no surprise that 99% also stated that they would not only order from AccessRX.com again, but would also recommend them to friends and family.
To break it all down, consumers want to be sure of several things when they choose to place their trust in an online pharmacy. They want to know that by using the convenience which these online venues offer, that their privacy is in no way compromised, and that they will receive the proper customer-service and attention, while getting the products and medicines they require in a timely and efficient manner. No wonder AccessRX.com has been and is one of the leading web pharmacies; they adhere strictly to the premise that great customer-service can always be better, and it clearly shows in the polled responses of their many satisfied customers.
When they asked customers how their shopping experience could be improved they were told, “You can send discounts on future re-order,” by one AccessRX.com customer. Upon realizing that this was a high-demand issue amongst many customers, the company immediately organized the appropriate remedy: allow customers to opt into emailed special offers, send out coupons that provide discounts and specials on all reorders.
Of the many customers who took their time to answer these important questions, it was obvious that their main concerns emanated over personal privacy and the protection of their personal information, and the convenience and the ease of the online ordering process provided to them by AccessRX.com. “Friendly, prompt service! Unbeatable prices! Great products to choose from! I will most definitely be reordering from Accessrx.com and also will be telling my family & friends. Thank you AccessRX,” states yet another, of the many, daily satisfied AccessRX.com customers.
