NBA Playoffs Schedule Tuesday May 18: Orlando Magic Looking to Even Series with Boston Celtics in Game 2 of Eastern Conference Finals

The NBA playoffs schedule for Tuesday includes just one game but it may be considered a must-win for the Orlando Magic as they try to bounce back from an ugly Game 1 loss to the Boston Celtics in their best-of-seven series.

Boston used the veteran leadership of Kevin Garnett, Paul Piece and Ray Allen as well as Rasheed Wallace to frustrate Orlando, forcing the Magic into a perimeter game that didn’t come easy. The defensive minded Celtics held the Magic to just 32 points in the first half and 88 points for the game. While the final score appeared close, 92-88, the outcome was determined well before the Magic clawed their way back with a fourth quarter run.

Now Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson and Vince Carter will feel the pressure to get the series even at a game a piece while the Celtics will be gunning for a huge 2-0 series lead heading back to Boston.
