A possible drunk driver was reported and Nye County Sheriff’s office said deputies responded, and pulled over Fleiss. After searching the car officers found drugs but no prescription. Fleiss insists she had a prescription for the pain killer Vicodin but she didn’t have it with her.
“I’m squeaky clean this time,” Fleiss said.
The passenger in the car, John Owen, was arrested and charged with being under the influence of controlled substances and possession of marijuana.
Fleiss has had run-ins with the law in the past. In 1997 she was convicted on tax evasion problems and was accused of running a prostitution ring.
